This page describes the Immobilizer Module

A powerful tool designed for automotive professionals and ECU tuners. This software allows you to disable the factory immobilizer system directly within the ECU file, simplifying engine swaps, track vehicle preparation or module replacement. Compatible with a wide range of ECUs it allows the vehicle to start without the need for key matching or immobilizer reprogramming. Ideal for off-road and motorsport applications these solutions save time and eliminates unnecessary complexity in modern vehicle security systems.

The application is intended for vehicles used in sports activities on closed or restricted circuits, in compliance with applicable regulations. MTX Electronics disclaims all liability for any use that does not comply with the laws of the country where it is used.

Useful for airflow estimation and unit conversions

Here is a summary of the available solutions for the automotive module (a detailed list can be found further down the page):

The software user interface is intentionally kept simple to ease the learning curve, the basic usage is:

1. select an engine control unit model and related solution from the list;
2. read the message panel for any recommendations that need to be followed on the vehicle;
3. load the BIN file that was read by Bootmode, Bench or BDM with the OPEN button;
4. press the PROCESS button to start the task;

... wait for the task to complete

5. if required remove extra fault codes with the built in dtc removal module;
6. save your finished work.

If the software can not apply the modifications you will receive a message and will be prompted to send us the stock file using the "Send to support" window to signal the problem to our staff.

The software can be installed on multiple computers but execution is permitted on only one computer at a time by use of a USB dongle. The USB dongle must stay connected to the computer during application use.

Things to know for first time use
- The application can not be executed simultaneously to VPN (Virtual Private Network) applications;
- The application does not execute in a virtual machine;
- The application requires enabling administrative privileges for operation on Win7/8/10/11.
