Responsibility
The products sold by MTX Electronics (additional control units, additional modules, emulators, software) are intended for vehicles used in sporting activities on closed or demarcated circuits, and in any case in compliance with applicable laws. MTX Electronics declines all liability for any damage caused to persons and/or property resulting from the products purchased or their improper use.
In the event of incorrect installation, tampering, or modifications to the products and their wiring, MTX Electronics disclaims any responsibility for failures to the product, accessories, or any electrical or mechanical part of the vehicle.
Since the user can modify the adjustment parameters of the products (additional control units, modules, and emulators), MTX Electronics cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind that may be caused by the products to the engine or other components of the vehicle, either directly or indirectly, as a result of tampering by the user or others.
MTX Electronics declines all responsibility for any use not compliant with the laws of the country in which the products are used.
MTX Electronics is not liable for any direct and/or indirect damage or loss resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the website, including delays and/or failure to deliver the product.
Technical Information
MTX Electronics reserves the right to make changes to its products and/or documentation without notice in the interest of improvement. Images, functional phases, and technical data may vary due to ongoing product development.

Product Availability
Since access and the ability to place online orders change product availability in real time, MTX Electronics does not guarantee the certainty of fulfilling the ordered goods.
Risk and Ownership
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is stated in the accompanying document (DDT or Invoice). Any discrepancies must be noted on the same accompanying document and confirmed within seven days via fax or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to MTX Electronics.
Even with intact packaging, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt.
Any hidden defects must be reported in writing via fax or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Any report made after this period will not be considered. For all declarations, the customer assumes full responsibility for the contents.
Orders
Orders are accepted only in written form, via fax, or online through the Internet. Customers who place an order online will receive a confirmation notice upon completing the procedure, either via email, including the relevant order number. If the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal is considered not accepted, regardless of the reason (accounting, administrative, or lack of product).
Prices
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Warranties
All products sold by MTX Electronics are covered by the official Italian manufacturer's warranty (Legislative Decree 24/02). To benefit from it, simply keep the invoice along with the products you ordered.
Right of Withdrawal
In case of returns, contact MTX Electronics to agree on the return methods and choose whether to receive a refund or a replacement for the returned product.
Please note that Italian law (Legislative Decree 22/05/99 No. 185) guarantees your right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, reserved for natural persons (not valid for purchases made on behalf of companies), send a written notice to MTX Electronics, Via Bari, 19/B - Mascalucia (CT), within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. The notice must be a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, indicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
It applies to the entire purchased product; partial withdrawal (e.g., accessories, attachments) is not allowed.
It does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed software (including those bundled with hardware) once opened.
The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.).
By law, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Until confirmed received at our warehouse, the return shipment is under your responsibility; we recommend insured shipping with proof of delivery.
You are responsible for tracking the shipment and checking for any irregularities in delivery.
MTX Electronics is not liable for damage or loss of returned goods shipped without insurance.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not due to transport. If the internal/external original packaging is damaged, MTX Electronics will withhold 20% of the refund amount as a restocking fee.
Unless damage or restocking charges apply, MTX Electronics will either replace the product or refund the full amount paid (excluding re-credit costs) within 20 days from receipt of the returned goods.
You are responsible for promptly providing us with your bank details for the refund (ABI - CAB - Account Number in the name on the invoice).
The Right of Withdrawal is Forfeited in the Following Cases:
The original external/internal packaging is missing.
Essential product elements are missing (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.).
The product is damaged due to causes other than transport.
In such cases, MTX Electronics will return the product to the sender and charge the shipping costs.
